Program Integrator III - Financial & Program Management
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Integrator III to support financial planning, program execution, and resource management activities for a complex government program. This position will work closely with project managers, budget leads, and senior leadership to maintain accurate financial data, monitor funding execution, and support informed program decisions.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with government financial management, annual spend planning, funding research, and contract cost analysis. Experience supporting construction-related contracts and developing government cost estimates is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the fiscal year annual work plan, including funded requirements, spend plans, project assignments, and resource-planning documentation.
  • Conduct funding research using government financial and acquisition systems.
  • Track, analyze, and report funding status across multiple projects and requirements.
  • Align and allocate customer funding, including incoming execution authority.
  • Maintain program data repositories, funding trackers, change-order documentation, and shared collaboration platforms.
  • Coordinate regularly with project managers to identify funding, schedule, and execution concerns.
  • Serve as a primary liaison among budget leads, project managers, senior leadership, and other program stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial reports, briefings, forecasts, and status updates for leadership review.
  • Support contract planning and execution throughout the contract-award lifecycle.
  • Develop and evaluate bottom-line cost estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
  • Assist with financial analysis related to construction projects, modifications, change orders, and project execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in government program integration, financial management, acquisition support, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining annual work plans, spend plans, and funding-execution reports.
  • Experience researching, tracking, reconciling, and allocating government funding.
  • Strong understanding of program budgets, resource planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience coordinating financial and schedule information across multiple project teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative program-management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple funded requirements and competing priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ARCHIBUS, FACTS, or comparable government financial and facilities-management systems.
  • Experience maintaining program information in Confluence.
  • Knowledge of government construction and facilities-acquisition processes.
  • Experience preparing Independent Government Cost Estimates.
  • Familiarity with contract modifications, change orders, and the government contract-award lifecycle.
