Job Summary:

As a full-time senior financial analyst, you will support a Program Management Office (PMO) for TechSource Inc. and provide secondary corporate proposal pricing support. In this position, you will use a broad knowledge base and detail-oriented skill set to provide program and subcontractor budget, cost, and forecasting information to Program Managers. This is a full-time, hybrid position in the Albuquerque office, working 3 – 4 days in office and 1-2 days remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial program support to Program Managers including funding, performance, and financial activity tracking for active projects.
  • Build and maintain automated monthly summary reports utilizing the ERP system and automated reporting functionality to TechSource Leadership reflecting the financial activity and inception to date well-being of all programs.
  • Review TechSource and Subcontractor monthly financial activities (including invoice review to ensure billing accuracy, contract funding, forecasting, burn rate analysis, and percent funding spent notification) and utilize to support monthly financial program reporting requirements.
  • Present findings and analysis to Program Management to ensure up-to-date information is available to assist in project management decision making.
  • Prepare annual financial forecast and quarterly forecasts and perform monthly variance analysis of actuals to forecast.
  • Support proposal efforts with forecasted pricing calculations in response to Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), including pricing for new or revised contracts upon request and direction from Program Managers and Corporate Business Development.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or other related field.
  • 7 or more years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-orientation, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with diverse work groups.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite to analyze data, create reports, and present information in Excel and PowerPoint formats.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions to improve processes, and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Effective utilization of accounting software, assisting with budget creation and project cost monitoring.
  • Eligible to obtain a DOE L or Q Clearance
  • US citizenship is required for this full-time position.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Government contracting experience preferred.

The expected base salary range for this role is $110 – $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
