Commercial Planning Program Manager
Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, UT; Boise, ID; Lewiston, ID; Portland, OR; Medford, OR; Vancouver, WA; Renton, WA; Spokane, WA; Burlington, WA; Fargo, ND offices. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of that location or be willing to relocate.

As a member of the Market Commercia Excellence team, our Commercial Line of Business Program Manager leads strategic planning and cross functional collaboration across sales, finance, marketing, technology, and other teams to strengthen and execute Commercial Fully Insured offerings. This role leads and supports sales engagement initiatives and key bodies of work, ensuring Commercial strategies are effectively activated and sustained across the organization - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field a minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare, insurance or related industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration in complex organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Exceptional project management skills, including developing and managing roadmaps, project plans, and program frameworks with minimal oversight
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with basic negotiation abilities and a strong sales focus
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint for communicating complex data through compelling narratives
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, report development, and business/financial acumen with a focus on commercial strategic planning
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across multiple internal and external business functions
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in program or project management, healthcare, insurance, or a related industry.

What You Will Do at Cambia:
  • Facilitate leadership and cross-functional collaboration to align and drive strategic and operational decisions
  • Develop and maintain communication protocols and frameworks for cross-market collaboration.
  • Create and drive roadmaps and project plans outlining goals, milestones, and initiatives for assigned programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relevant documentation for processes, best practices, and communication protocols
  • Partner with the Fully Insured Line of Business Owner to execute strategic initiatives that enhance and expand the Fully Insured product suite, identifying and prioritizing process improvement opportunities that drive efficiency and improve outcomes
  • Partner with sales and marketing to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product management, finance, sales, and market leadership.
  • Leverage competitive data and industry insights to inform strategic business decisions and drive ongoing enhancements across the organization

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
  • Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $111,400 - $150,700, the full salary range is $104,000 - $171,000 and the bonus target is 15%.
  • North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $103,000 - $135,000, the full salary range is $90,435.97 - $149,219.75.
