Description of Duties

Location: Van Nuys, CA
DÔEN is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Wholesale & Planning Intern to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is on site/in-office and will report to the Wholesale & Planning team. The Intern will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Wholesale/Sales and the Planning teams in various ongoing activities. The job description below is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Planning:
  • Maintain and update recurring business reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across channels
  • Support omni-channel inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting in inventory balancing across locations
  • Execute store RTVs in ERP systems, ensuring timely processing and accurate system updates
  • Analyze size curves, stock gaps, and sell-through trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Partner with the Planning team on ad hoc analysis to support in-season decision making

Wholesale:
  • Partner with Wholesale Sales Assistant in updates to weekly style selling and financial dashboard
  • Support JOOR & Nu order updates and day to day management
  • Partner with Wholesale Sales team in creating "hot sheets" or flash docs including best-selling opportunities for
  • immediate orders.
  • Partner with the Sales team on market prep and sample trafficking.
  • Partner with Wholesale Sales team in updating market calendar and pre-market check-list
  • Administrative support with order auditing, report auditing and inventory reporting organization
  • Department store visits with Wholesale Sales Assistant: -re-merchandising, and taking pictures
  • Partner with the sales team to complete Product Knowledge docs & Merchandising Guides for key accounts

Skills and Abilities:
  • A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Action oriented and results driven.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be able to be in office a minimum of 3 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation

  • Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25 lbs
