Job description

This position will manage the overall performance of District Central Support (DCS) Teams for servicing and collection activities in Branch and Centralized Collections. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing performance of assigned teams in partnership with Branch Operations. The Operations Manager will examine workload volumes, prioritize and dictate work efforts, and perform daily analysis for assignments. The main goal is to lead, develop, and maintain a highly effective team that produces exceptional servicing and collection results for OneMain and its customers.

In the Role

  • Lead and drive financial performance across multiple DCS assigned regions, ensuring sustainable delinquency results
  • Establish strong partnerships with Branch Leadership to influence strategy, execution, and performance results for DCS initiatives
  • Execute DCS strategies in alignment with company objectives while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior leaders to share insights, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
  • Champion coaching and development efforts to strengthen team capabilities, engagement, and succession readiness
  • Serve as the primary liaison for DCS leadership and team members, fostering alignment, accountability, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) or more years of servicing/collection/call center experience
  • Ability to travel domestic
  • Excellent communication and able to present to medium/large group
  • Project management experience/skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or some post-secondary education
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish / English) fluency preferred but not required
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Five (5) years' experience in supervisory role
