Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:
  • Tire Business Operations: Learn core functions of sales, service, and shop operations.
  • Hands-On Training: Rotate through different roles including warehouse, service, and sales support.
  • Supply Chain Management: Gain exposure to shipping/receiving, distribution, inventory control, and vendor relations.
  • Business Management: Assist with location-level financial reporting, invoicing, and operational planning.
  • POS System Training: Learn to effectively use Southern Tire Mart's point-of-sale system (MaddenCo).
  • Professional Development: Attend scheduled feedback sessions with supervisors, complete assignments on time, and actively engage in learning assessments.
  • Leadership Preparation: Build a professional network within the company and develop resources for future career growth.
  • Feedback & Growth: Participate in regular progress reviews, accept constructive feedback, and demonstrate continuous improvement.

Skills / Education / Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
