Participants typically gain experience in multiple finance roles, such as accounting, financial planning, and analysis, treasury, and internal audit, over the course of two to three years. These programs combine on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal learning opportunities, helping participants build a broad skill set and a strong professional network within the company. Upon completion, graduates are often placed in higher-responsibility roles within the organization.
