Job Description: This role will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights, building financial rigor, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, analytically strong, and comfortable operating with significant ownership in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Own executive, investor, and stakeholder financial reporting, including recurring and ad hoc deliverables Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes end-to-end Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scalability Track and report key recurring revenue and performance metrics with consistent definitions Provide clear variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership Partner cross-functionally with go-to-market and operations teams to improve performance visibility Support strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis and potential transaction support Requirements 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role Strong experience with recurring-revenue or subscription business models Proven ability to independently own planning and reporting processes Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and execution discipline Compensation: Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to: The individualโs skill sets, experience, and training; Licensure and certifications; Office location and other geographic considerations; Other business and organizational needs.
