Role: IT - Finance - Programmer Analyst
Locations: Montgomery, AL (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months contract
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and support SQL-based solutions including queries, stored procedures, functions, and data transformations.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between internal applications and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, UKG, Ivalua, STAARS, etc.).
  • Work with ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems) to track work, document updates, and manage incident/change requests.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth data exchanges and system performance.
  • Assist in automation efforts using scripting languages and integration tools.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities across development cycles.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Programmer Analyst, Integration Specialist, or SQL Developer.
  • Strong command of SQL (DDL/DML, joins, functions, stored procedures, triggers).
  • Understanding of database design, performance tuning, relational data modeling.
  • Experience integrating or working with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, UKG, Ivalua, STAARS, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for workload and documentation management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with integration / file transfer tools: Boomi, GoAnywhere, API-based integrations, ETL platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Java, or C# for automation and system support.
  • Exposure to reporting & visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with automated testing or regression frameworks (e.G., TestSavvy).
  • Certifications in SQL Server, Boomi, AWS, or Azure.
