Join All Springs Manufacturing as a Financial Data Entry Clerk and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our finance team by ensuring precise data management that supports informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter financial data into company databases and accounting software.
Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation.
Identify and report any irregularities or errors in financial data promptly.
Support ad hoc financial reporting and data requests as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a financial or accounting environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
