Job Summary:

Provides observations and interpretation of data and present findings to Leadership in the form that tells the story behind the analysis. The role also includes: monitoring of initiative success and providing insight and recommendations to improve success as necessary, develops system enhancements to improve financial planning and analysis systems and processes, acts as a business advisor, facilitating and oversight of financial modeling as part of new strategy or lookback on existing strategy and facilitate/oversee organizational processes/systems (process such as: Long-range plan, Capital Plan, Budget; system such as financial planning, financial analytics, Vizient).

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 5 years of finance experience in healthcare or healthcare related field.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Health Care Administration is required. Masters degree is preferred.
