Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee daily operations for up to 10 outpatient healthcare centers. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll partner with Center Medical Directors in a dyad leadership model to ensure operational excellence, a superior patient experience, and engaged, high-performing teams. You'll be responsible for driving results, managing performance, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
  • Oversee and support multiple centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and service excellence
  • Supervise and mentor Center Managers, Center Supervisors, and clinic support staff
  • Develop and monitor center performance goals, metrics, and outcomes
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes for operational staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies
  • Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and satisfaction; address and resolve escalated patient concerns
  • Manage staffing schedules, resource utilization, and facility upkeep
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives
  • Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for referral growth and service expansion
  • Oversee marketing, public relations, and community outreach efforts
  • Prepare and interpret operational and financial reports to ensure budget adherence
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes
