Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm

As aFinancial Counseling Representative, you will be atrusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage, financial responsibility, and payment solutions.

• Provideexceptional financial counseling supportby helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs

• Meet with patients todiscuss payment optionsandfinancialassistanceprograms

• Verify insurance eligibilityandexplain benefitsclearly

• Assist withMedicaidandfinancialassistanceapplications

• Build trustwith patients during stressful financial situations

• Collaborate with care teamsand revenue cycle departments

• Maintainaccuratedocumentationacross multiple systems

• Ability toexplain financial and insurance concepts clearly

• Professionalismwith sensitive financial conversations

• High School Diploma or GED
