Full-Time

A leading global law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join its highly regarded Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in Salt Lake City. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border restructuring matters alongside a nationally recognized team.

The practice advises clients across a wide range of industries on complex in- and out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 11 proceedings, workouts, distressed transactions, liquidations, and insolvency-related matters. The Salt Lake City team is particularly active in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, and cross-border insolvency proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency-related matters
  • Assist with Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and distressed transactions
  • Draft pleadings, motions, transactional documents, and financing-related agreements
  • Support distressed M&A and creditor’s rights matters
