Job description

The objective is to bring in an Associate-level resource, with 2-5 years of experience, who can support ongoing strategic initiatives, automation efforts, and day-to-day change management activities during the leave period.
Core Functional Skills

  • Operations experience within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Client Reporting, Fund Administration, or related financial services functions
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and data flows
  • Ability to document business requirements and process workflows
  • Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiative

Automation & Data Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with reporting automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Seismic, SmartDX similar platforms
  • Ability to analyze data sources, identify manual processes, and support automation opportunities
  • Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes
    Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools is preferred
  • Change Management & Project Support
  • Experience coordinating change initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage project plans, action items, testing, and implementation tracking
