The Role

We’re hiring a Financial Planning Associate to support our advisors and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who enjoys organization, communication, and being a key part of a client-focused team. You’ll work closely with advisors to maintain client data, assist with onboarding, and ensure clients receive timely, accurate support.


This role can also be a strong starting point for someone building toward a career as a financial advisor. If you’re pursuing (or considering) your CFP® certification, you’ll get exposure to real planning work and mentorship from senior advisors as you grow your skills and experience.



What You’ll Do

  • Assist advisors with daily administrative and client-related tasks


  • Facilitate new client onboarding, including gathering information and preparing required documentation


  • Maintain and update each client’s dashboard and financial scorecard


  • Audit, organize, and process quarterly financial reports


  • Communicate with clients to request, collect, and update personal documents


  • Organize and maintain client files in Box and ensure documentation is complete and accurate


  • Support internal data requests and help enhance workflows as our team grows
