Job description

The Opportunity
The Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to lead the ARR Consolidation function, reporting to the Director of FP&A. This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling business and is responsible for driving financial clarity, operating rigor, and decision velocity across ARR planning and reporting. You'll lead a team, own the ARR narrative end-to-end, and build the processes, tools, and partnerships that let the function scale.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing ARR Consolidation team, operating as a player-coach who balances hands-on ownership with team growth
  • Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning, and reporting
  • Drive the Weekly Executive Team update, Quarterly Rolling Forecast (QRF), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Quarterly Financial Review (QFR), and Annual Planning cycles
  • Build and scale processes, tools, and automation for ARR reporting, partnering with Data Science and Finance Operations to drive efficiency and insight
  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner across Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups to align on one cohesive C&P narrative
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and materials for senior leadership, Board, and investor-related requests
  • Uphold strong financial guardianship - ensuring controls, consistency, and trust in ARR outputs while acting as an independent, structured voice
What You Need to Succeed
  • 8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR, subscription metrics), including 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams
  • Extensive hands-on experience with planning tools (TM1, Hyperion) and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar)
  • Strong business partnership skills - able to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional finance and business teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a structured, ownership-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with strong executive presence

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $256,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,100 - $256,500

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
