What we need:

What you will do...

  • Performs fiscal related duties for multiple parks (e.g., prepares, compiles, processes & verifies statistical, financial, accounting &/or auditing information for accounts payable & receivable);
  • Performs accounting duties (e.g., contacts suppliers to obtain or relay account information, accesses financial information to answer general questions or account specific questions);
  • Provides administrative & secretarial support for Salt Fork State Park by performing administrative tasks (e.g., produces memos/forms, coordinates daily workflow of the office, serves as liaison between management & staff);
  • Coordinates business functions for Salt Fork State Park (e.g., monitors budget, travel, lodging, vendor set-up, expense reports, payroll & timekeeping, vehicle maintenance, point-of-sale transactions)

  • Starting hourly pay of $23.65/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service, with an end salary of $28.76/hr.
  • There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service. For more details, refer to the OCSEA pay range schedule & longevity rates OCSEA Employees | Department of Administrative Services.

UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS: May be required to work long or unusual hours during peak operational periods.
