Marketing & Showroom Floating Sales Associate to support our showroom locations while helping grow our company's marketing efforts.

This unique role combines customer service, showroom sales, and marketing, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating engaging content, and contributing to the growth of a well-established company. You'll rotate between our Bellville, Newark, and Lewis Center showrooms as needed while also assisting with social media, recruiting initiatives, branding, and marketing campaigns. Every day is different, offering opportunities to develop new skills and make a meaningful impact on our customers and our business.


Position Overview

As a Marketing & Showroom Floating Sales Associate, you'll be one of the faces of North Central Insulation. You'll provide exceptional customer service inside our showrooms while helping execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support recruiting efforts, and promote our products and services.

This role works closely with showroom staff, leadership, installation teams, and multiple departments to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience while helping the company continue to grow.


Key Responsibilities

Showroom Sales & Customer Service

  • Welcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs.
  • Answer questions and provide product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom.
  • Keep displays stocked, updated, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Enter customer information and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Travel between Bellville, Newark, and Lewis Center locations as business needs require.


Marketing Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow NCI's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Create engaging graphics, photos, videos, and written content showcasing employees, projects, products, and company culture.
  • Support recruiting efforts by promoting career opportunities and highlighting what makes NCI a great place to work.
  • Design flyers, brochures, banners, job fair materials, apparel, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain company websites and online business listings.
  • Coordinate photography and videography for job sites, events, and employee activities.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all divisions and locations.
  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on campaigns that support sales and company growth.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as assigned.
