Job description

To support the department with the front end financing process untilย  finance agreement is booked. Ensures data and other information is accurate from application to booking of the contract.ย  Interacts with others in the department, vendors and customers as necessary to facilitate efficient processes.

Essential Functions:

Documentation, Processing & Compliance - Review and input of new loan application requests, verify licenses and conduct corporation searches to validate validity of applicants. Prepare and follow up on loan documents to ensure prompt return of all required items, and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements and perform due diligence checks.

ย 

Funding & Transaction Management - Monitor deal progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan funding via ACH, wire transfer and manual checks. Follow up in product delivery and final verbal verifications necessary for fundings and maintain transaction records in relevant systems and ensure data integrity.

Customer Service & Communication - Handle incoming calls for front end finance process to ensure customer understanding of finance contract requirements. Respond to inquiries, provide accurate, timely support while maintaining strong communication with customers, vendors and brokers throughout the loan cycle.

Backup Support & Efficiencyโ€“ Serve as backup for other Finance Contract Associates as needed to maintain continuity during absences and heavy volume times. Collaborate to streamline workflow efficiency, accelerate performance and emphasize teamwork to refine operational flow.

Requirements:

ย Education:ย ย  High School diploma, some college preferred. Loan or lease documentation training/knowledge helpful.

Experience:ย  2 or more years work experience in financial services lease company or commercial bank. Prefer specific work experience in loan and lease documentation.

Skills:ย  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sales and customer service skills, ability to take initiative and work in a team environment. Ability to adhere to established policies and procedures and promote other NCMIC Group, Inc. products and services.ย 

Mental Demands: Works with little need for guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions, performs a wide range of tasks as dictated by business demands and changing conditions. Able to interpret data and problem solve with limited or incomplete information. Must focus on a task for extended periods of time as well as ability to multitask. Must be able to relate to and work with a variety of other employees and customers.ย  Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high accuracy rate.

Physical Demands: Continuous sitting for extended periods of time, some standing, walking, bending and reaching. Frequent use of fingers and hands to manipulate office equipment, including computer, telephone and copier.ย ย ย
