Position Description The Assistant IV handles the Accounts Payable functions, processes Invoices , creates purchase orders for the Budget Management Department. Duties which includes COVID-19 & Disaster Related Purchase Orders, Research Payments for Budget Management, and helping to establish new Departments. Duties and Responsibilities: Requesting Purchase Orders for Budget Management Processing Invoices for Budget Management Maintain Court Approved/Non Court Approved Documents for Purchase Orders and Invoices Researching Payments for Budget Management Helping Various Departments when requested, with Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Researching Payments.
