Keystone Funding is seeking a Mortgage Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and operational functions of a fast-paced mortgage company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative and financial tasks, takes initiative without being asked, and is eager to learn and grow within the business.
You do not need years of accounting or mortgage experience to succeed here. We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and highly organized who takes pride in getting the details right.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $40,000 - $47,000 (based on experience)
  • Bonus: Performance-based, per company policy

Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
• Process daily deposits and assist with account tracking
• Prepare and cut checks for vendors and operational expenses

• Assist with reconciling invoices and financial information
