The Financial Planning & Analysis team is excited to add a Financial Analyst with an emphasis on Field Finance. This position will serve as a key partner to our store managers, general managers, regional managers, and directors of operations to inform, educate, and provide insight on financial opportunities.
What you will do:
  • Create financial reports and provide insight as to the meaning within them
  • Establish store-level goals through the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Being an educator to internal clients on financial matters
  • Provide advice on revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data
  • Respond to financial and operational inquiries by store leadership in a clear and timely manner
  • Assist various other groups within Mister with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed

How You Will Shine:
  • Bachelor's degree (or completing within one year) in accounting, finance, or business economics with a high GPA
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis and an advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in a car wash or other retail setting strongly preferred
  • A curious mind, high intellect, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
  • Understanding that numbers tell stories and has an acumen for telling data-driven stories in reports, emails, presentations, and orally
  • Customer service mentality
  • Comfortable adapting to ad hoc requests and changing priorities
  • Congenial disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit
