About the role
Develops, analyzes, and creates compelling stories around our financial plans, budgets, statements, and reports. Prepares annual budget for all companies for Board of Directors' approval. Collaborates with various departments to monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
How does this role make an impact?
  • Provides financial analysis and evaluation of financial results through reports, narratives, and presentations for management and the Board of Directors, including industry analysis.
  • Coordinates, creates, and communicates financial forecasts reflecting changes from historic trends, industry resources, and upcoming organizational and regulatory changes.
  • Evaluates investment opportunities for business partner projects using established cost-benefit analysis framework (CBA lites).
  • Creates and maintains financial models and reports showing the implications of internal and external changes.
  • Develops, maintains, and optimizes applications to support the financial forecasts and allocation of expenses.
  • Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including financial statements, regulatory, and management reports.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies.

Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar financial reporting tools preferred.

Base Pay Range:
$64,800-$89,100
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
