Financial Analyst REQUIRED * Active Secret Clearance * REQUIRED Piper Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support a government contract at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable client eager to onboard the right candidate quickly. Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst Include: • Leverage DoD financial systems and tools to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial execution. • Assist in managing annual, multi-year, and expiring budgets in alignment with DoD policies. • Identify and resolve discrepancies or variances in budget data. • Prepare and maintain financial documentation, including MIPRs and PWDs. • Provide financial analysis and reporting for PMRs, financial reviews, and data calls. Qualifications of the Financial Analyst Include: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • Prior experience supporting financial or budget analysis for an on-site DoD contract. • Familiarity with DoD and FMS systems such as GFEBS, DSAMS, CISIL, CCOPES, LMP, and CEA. • Hands-on experience with MIPRs, PWDs, ULOs, NULOs, and SOF reports. • Strong proficiency in Excel, including data management, formula creation, and report generation. • Active Secret clearance is required.
