The State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) provides essential care and support to patients, primarily in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for patients. The state tested nurse aide plays a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of patients and supporting the healthcare team.

Requirements:
    1.High school diploma or equivalent.
    2.Current State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) certification in the state of employment.
    3.Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
    4.Proficiency in basic patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
    5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    6.Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
