Job description

Eckerd College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in International Business and Finance to start in August 2027. PhD/DBA in International Business and/or Finance is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven record of excellent teaching and research; interest in offering study abroad courses would also be desirable. The successful candidate will teach seven courses per academic year (on a 3-1-3 basis) including courses such as International Finance and Banking, Investment Finance, Cultural Environment of International Business, Global Capitalism, and International Business Statistics, and will participate regularly in the College's interdisciplinary, values-oriented general education program by offering two common core courses and a first-year seminar program on a rotating basis.
