Program Director - ACCS

 

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Program Director for Adult Community Clinical Services!

ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community. 
 
 
 
The Program Director directs the services provided by a comprehensive ACCS program including clinical and administrative leadership consistent with the service model. The Director exemplifies the values inherent in recovery-oriented services, including creating a respectful work environment, engaging in ongoing learning, and participating in continuous quality improvement. The Program Director supervises staff and will actively participate in projects as a member of the division management team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide overall leadership and oversight of program operations, staffing, compliance, and service delivery
  • Ensure programs meet all agency, DMH, DPH, MAP, and safety requirements
  • Manage program budgets, financial reporting, billing documentation, and secure handling of funds
  • Hire, supervise, train, evaluate, and support staff performance and professional development
  • Foster strong communication and collaborative relationships with staff, DMH representatives, families, and community partners
  • Oversee person-centered assessment, treatment planning, service coordination, and outcome tracking
  • Provide leadership during crises, including risk assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and incident response
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, professionalism, ethical practice, recovery, and continuous quality improvement

Schedule: 40 hours, Monday - Friday with Hybrid Opportunities

Pay Rate: $98,280.20/salaried

Required Skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability in program development, and personnel management required.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to foster growth and development of program staff
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams and networks of providers and community partners
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and have scheduling flexibility.

Required Experience
  • Master’s degree and independent licensure (LMHC or LICSW) in a related clinical discipline required.
  • Five years related experience including at least three years in a supervisory and management capacity required.
