What you will do:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decision-making, keeping management in the loop on recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations, also following management-directed checks and balances protocols for data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans and budgets by collaborating with business units and functional teams.
- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Contribute to risk management initiatives by implementing controls, monitoring risk exposures, and assisting in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Utilize financial systems and tools effectively to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve efficiency in financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures by assisting in the coordination of regular audits and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to gather financial information, provide insights, and support business initiative

The program includes three one-year rotations focused on financial planning and analysis, data analytics, and data visualization. The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a foundational pipeline designed to cultivate the next generation of finance leaders. Locations and Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues with the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.
