Summary
The Senior Project Specialist is responsible for managing complex logistics and transportation projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to customers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. The Senior Project Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute complex logistics and transportation projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain project documentation

Educational background / Work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

For this position, the expected base pay is: $66,000 - $82,000 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations.
