POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will lead the planning, design, and delivery of projects. This role manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with design quality, schedule, and budget goals while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The Project Manager also oversees project financials, contracts, and regulatory compliance, while providing leadership and mentorship to project teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for deliverables.

· Oversee all phases of design and documentation, including programming, planning, and construction administration.

· Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

· Manage project financials, contracts, and consultant agreements.

· Guide and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Professional degree in Architecture.

· 10+ years in architectural project management.

· Registered Architect (RA) preferred.

· Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

· Skills: Strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise in high-performance facility design.
