Their role involves a combination of project management skills and deep financial expertise.

How does a finance project manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during large-scale projects?

A Finance Project Manager often works closely with teams from operations, IT, procurement, and executive leadership to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall project goals.
