POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Project Planning – Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Coordination – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and tasks; facilitate regular meetings to track progress and address any issues.
  • Budget Management - Monitor project budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Resource Allocation – Oversee the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Risk Management – Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
  • Contract Management – Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
