Job description

The Value Creation Program (VCP) Finance Manager serves as the financial authority supporting Aftersales Value Creation Program initiatives. This role owns business case validation, actuals-to-forecast tracking, financial risk analysis, ROI modeling, realization reporting, and financial governance for VCP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and strengthen VCP business cases and ROI models
  • Track actual financial results versus forecast for approved initiatives
  • Support financial review and approval processes for in process initiatives
  • Identify risks to value realization, AOI delivery, and forecast accuracy
  • Partner with VCP analytics and initiative owners to reconcile operational and financial reporting
  • Align with Central Finance on VCP financial methodology and reporting expectations
  • Prepare monthly financial realization reporting for leadership

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of finance, FP&A, or commercial finance experience
  • Strong modeling of business cases, financial analysis, and executive reporting capability
  • Experience partnering with operations or commercial teams to validate business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance credential
  • Automotive, Aftersales, pricing, parts, service, or dealer finance experience
  • Transformation office, value realization, or investment governance experience
