Job Purpose:

Responsible for efficiently and professionally performing assigned clerical and customer finance duties to facilitate seamless transactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide a high level of customer service while adhering to quality assurance guidelines and protocol.

Essential Functions:

1. Communicates a range of financing alternatives to customers, including monthly payment options, interest rates, and financing terms, ensuring clarity and transparency in decision-making.

2. Assists customer with selecting most favorable financing per customers credit score and recommends co-signer when needed.

3. Facilitates the completion of credit applications on behalf of customers, meticulously compiling necessary documentation and submitting applications to financing companies for final approval.

4. Communicates with installation technicians to ensure proper signatures are collected and paperwork is accurately completed.

5. Acts as a liaison between customers and financing agencies, promptly providing relevant credit information in adherence to company protocols and procedures.

6. Enters loan data into CRM system by updating customer file.

7. Collects essential loan documents upon completion of installations, promptly allocating funds and ensuring financial transactions are processed efficiently.

8. Executes various financing and office-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in meeting organizational needs.

9. Performs additional duties as required to support the efficient operation of the department and enhance overall customer experience.

Job Specifications:

1. Knowledge & Skills Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
