Exigences de base

About the Role

McKesson is seeking a highly motivated Finance Project Manager to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs across Finance and key business functions. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, Commercial, and HR to drive projects from planning through execution and value realization.

You will play a critical role in developing business cases, monitoring financial benefits, leading executive reporting, and supporting the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who combines strong project management expertise, business acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support finance transformation and strategic business initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, investment proposals, and benefits realization frameworks.
  • Track project budgets, financial benefits, KPIs, and value realization targets.
  • Partner with FP&A and business leaders to align project outcomes with financial plans and organizational priorities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reports.
  • Provide visibility into project performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • Support steering committees, executive reviews, and leadership governance meetings.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, project management, or finance transformation.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience developing business cases, financial forecasts, ROI analyses, and executive reporting.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience presenting recommendations and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple functions.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • MBA, CPA, PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or related designation.
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, digital transformation, or operating model redesign initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project portfolio management, governance frameworks, and change management methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power Query, or similar analytics platforms.
