Job description

Filiale exclusive de la Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, CDPQ Infra agit a titre de donneur d'ouvrage et de maitre d'oeuvre pour de grands projets d'infrastructures publiques. Nous assumons la responsabilite de toutes les phases des projets : conception, planification, financement, developpement de projet, strategie d'approvisionnement, realisation et exploitation.
CDPQ Infra est notamment responsable du deploiement du Reseau express metropolitain (REM) dans le Grand Montreal et de la mise en uvre du projet TramCite a Quebec. CDPQ Infra est aussi membre du groupe Cadence, qui a remporte l'appel d'offres du gouvernement federal pour le projet de train a grande vitesse Alto dans le corridor Quebec-Toronto.

Travaillant au sein de la vice-presidence Finances, la personne titulaire du poste assumera diverses taches liees aux activites courantes en comptabilite.


Responsabilites principales

  • Participer aux activites entourant la fermeture comptable : contribuer aux taches liees a la cloture des periodes comptables dans Cadence.

  • Effectuer le suivi de l'approbation des factures et des bons de commande : s'assurer que les factures et bons de commande soient approuves, afin de garantir le paiement en temps opportun.

  • Participer au processus mensuel de controle des couts : collaborer a l'analyse et au suivi des depenses mensuelles.

  • Manipuler les donnees financieres a l'aide d'outils d'automatisation : utiliser des systemes et outils pour traiter et analyser les donnees financieres efficacement.

  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour les questions relatives au controle des couts et au suivi budgetaire : fournir des reponses et un soutien concernant les processus de controle des couts et de gestion budgetaire.

  • Reviser la facturation et la documentation de soutien liee aux voyages et aux depenses : verifier l'exactitude des factures et des pieces justificatives pour les frais de deplacement et autres depenses.


Exigences du profil

  • Etre inscrit dans un programme de premier cycle universitaire (2e annee ou plus);

  • Experience de stage en finances (un atout).

  • Habiletes avec les outils informatiques, tels qu'Excel (niveau avance), PowerQuery et Power BI.

  • Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
