Job description

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage a multi-line phone system.
  • Input customer data into customer management system.
  • Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions.
  • Direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
  • Conduct general administrative duties such as filing, data entry.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior office experience is preferred.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
