Job description

The Amazon Games Studios Finance team is seeking a highly effective Finance Manager to support our portfolio of game titles in development, including projects such as Courtroom Chaos with Snoop Dogg and upcoming Tomb Raider titles from Crystal Dynamics. The Studios Finance team owns title-level P&Ls end-to-end and supports our business partners in managing not only their budgets but also their longer-term visions.
This role will be part of broader Games Finance team in which you will be surrounded by people that are exceptionally talented, bright, and driven. To support this quickly growing business, you must be highly analytical and possess a strong passion for analytics and accountability, setting high standards, and razor-sharp accuracy

You must have the ability to structure problems, perform analysis, and present to senior executives. Supporting business partners at Amazon requires the ability to dissent, while building trust with your business partners.
Key job responsibilities
- Own all aspects of title-level P&L management from end-to-end, including forecast updates, budget management, business partner meetings, deal modeling, and ad hoc support, and become the subject matter expert for your set of titles
- Develop finance recommendations for title-level strategy in collaboration with business partners and cross-functional teams such as Accounting
- Support financial planning processes such as month-end close, guidance/planning cycle updates, and variance commentary
- Identify and develop process improvements to help the team reduce manual work and streamline reporting

Amazon Games brings together Amazon Games Studios and Amazon Luna to deliver engaging experiences to a broad audience of players. Amazon Luna is a cloud gaming service included with Prime that lets players instantly access a curated library of games across the devices they already own-no console or downloads required
