Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr.ManagerFP&A and Reporting location in Raritan, New Jersey, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Raynham Massachusetts, Warsaw, Indiana.

This role serves as the technology product owner and strategic partner for Finance FP&Aand Reportingsolutions, accountable for enablingaccurateforecasting, financial visibility, and datadriven decisionmaking across the DePuy Synthes.

The Sr. Manager will translate business strategy into scalable finance technology roadmaps, ensuring enterprise platforms deliver measurable value, strong controls, and seamless integration acrossbudgetplanningand reporting.

This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and enterprise technology, offering the opportunity to shape how financial insights power operational excellence and growth across a global orthopedics business, and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the endtoend productstrategy and roadmap for FP&Aand Reportingtechnology solutions, aligning with enterprise and business priorities.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, andCommercialstakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirementsforan enterpriseforecasting, budget, andactualsplanning and reportingsolution.

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement ofFP&Aapplications supporting forecasting, budgeting, and performance reportingwhile meeting critical Day 1 and TSA exit separation objectives

  • Ensure solutions supportaccurateforecasting, budgeting, cost management, and performance reporting across theenterprise.

  • Ensure solutions meet financial control, compliance, and data governance requirements while enabling agility and scalability.

  • Drive vendor and system integrator relationships, including solution design decisions, delivery quality, and cost effectiveness.

  • Lead and mentor product owners, analysts, and crossfunctional delivery teams to achieve outcomes aligned with business value.

  • Monitor solution performance using defined KPIs and lead datadriven enhancements to maximize return on investment.

  • Champion adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful deployment and sustained use of solutions.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degreerequiredin Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 8-10years of progressive experience in IT, financeFP&Asystems, with increasing leadership responsibility.

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a product owner or technology lead forFP&Aapplications.

  • Strong understanding of FP&A, cost management, forecasting,commercialand supply chain finance processes

  • Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions in a regulated, global environment.

  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience withleading FP&Aplanning platforms (e.g.,Anaplan, Oracle, andSAPSAC) andenterprise planning or analytics tools.

  • Background inplanningmedical technology, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments.

  • Experience driving digital transformation or modernization ofFP&Afinance platforms.

  • Familiarity with agile or productcentric delivery models.
