BayHealth Hospital – Kent Campus is seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance Decision Support Manager to lead cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.

Key Highlights:

  • Manage cost accounting and service line profitability
  • Work with STRATA financial system (ROI, NPV, IRR analysis)
  • Publish P&Ls and support financial planning
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance improvement
  • Reporting to agencies like S&P, Fitch, EMMA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred)
