Position: Structured Finance Associate (2–6 years)

Salary Range: $235,000 – $430,000



Role Overview


Elite law firm seeking a Structured Finance Associate to support securitizations and capital markets transactions across multiple asset classes.



Responsibilities


  • Represent issuers, underwriters & financial institutions
  • Handle CLO, ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and esoteric securitizations
  • Draft offering documents, pooling and servicing agreements, and transaction documents
  • Advise on securities law issues including 1933/1934 Act, Volcker, and risk retention
  • Manage and close transactions independently

  • 2–6 years of structured finance experience
  • Strong capital markets regulatory understanding
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • NY Bar required
