Resumen General del Puesto:

Brindar apoyo al Gerente de Sucursal en el desarrollo de los equipos, con el objetivo de alcanzar o exceder las metas de ventas, mediante el liderazgo, el analisis, la maximizacion de las solicitudes de prestamo, el servicio al cliente y el cobro efectivo de cuentas. Apoya al Gerente en la administracion diaria de la sucursal, en la preparacion de informes de situacion y estadisticos sobre la operacion, conforme al cumplimiento de politicas, procedimientos y leyes aplicables. Esta vacante viaja dentro del Distrito 502.

Requisitos:

  • Grado Asociado o 2 anos de estudios universitarios

  • Conocimiento basico en supervision

  • Conocimiento de los productos financieros

  • Habilidad para trabajar con publico, orientado al servicio y al logro de metas

  • Liderazgo

  • Comunicacion oral y escrita

  • Habilidad para analizar y tomar decisiones

  • Dominio de los programas Microsoft Office (Word-Excel)

  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo

Funciones Esenciales:

  • Preparar y entregar resultados diarios de la sucursal.

  • Controlar informacion sensible como identificaciones personales, seguro social y contratos.

  • Mantener control de la boveda, cheques, llaves, libretas, documentos.

  • Desembolsar prestamos.

  • Manejar el control de ausentismo, tardanzas, horarios y nominas.

  • Realizar pruebas aleatorias.

  • Gestionar el primer cobro de empleados nuevos.

  • Digitalizar expedientes de casos.

  • Archivar documentos, cheques y contratos.

  • Realizar llamadas de solicitudes aprobadas.

  • Abrir y cerrar sucursal.
