REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Executive Assistant Analyst in Winston Salem, NC
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Review and action procurement and vendor management activities, including onboarding, purchase requests, contract coordination, invoice review, and vendor performance analysis; proactively track payment status, identify risks or delays, and partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate vendor compensation.
  • Own and administer SharePoint sites, and SmartSolve including content governance, document management, process documentation, and user access control to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and local/global administrative peers to track priorities, monitor deliverables, and ensure initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
  • Assists with the management of complex executive Outlook calendars, including identifying conflicts, assessing priority trade-offs, and adjusting schedules in alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Provides administrative support when needed for executive travel arrangements and Concur expense reports for SR&D leadership, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, timely submission, and proactive resolution of issues or exceptions.
What are we looking for?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working in enterprise systems such as Concur and SharePoint or similar platforms.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership, with demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate issues, make recommendations and implement improvements.
