Job description

Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling service inquiries, processing purchase orders, collaborating with the field sales reps while also identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and generate new business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving growth through excellent communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media with professionalism and care
  • Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure prompt resolution (with the help of Operations, Quality, Field Sales)
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain CRM (Salesforce.com) records
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service requests
  • Process Purchase Orders, build Invoices, coordinate product sample requests
  • Proactively engage existing customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions
  • Promote and upsell relevant products or services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
  • Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound leads and converting interest into sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
