Job description

Overview
We are looking for Assemblers to produce product based on a work instruction and inspection criteria given, in a safe and timely manner. Currently we have openings on all three shifts. Help supervision to continuously improve the company's manufacturing ability to conform to customer delivery, quality, production, and cost requirements
Responsibilities
  • Read and understand all work orders and job instructions.
  • Know the safety features of each workstation and how to safely operate them.
  • Understand all product requirements and be able to inspect for quality.
  • Know how to calculate standard rate.
  • Complete all paperwork properly.
  • Stay at your station unless on break to keep the machines running at all times.
  • Able to handle manual labor and repetitive motions.
  • Package product per customer requirements (When packaging).
  • Clean machine and work area.
  • Clean entire work area at the end of the shift.
  • Keep work center clear of anything not used for each process as you go.
  • Apply 5S in your immediate work area and throughout the department.
  • Understand use and care for gauges and other measurement devices used

  • Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
