POSITION SUMMARY
The Logan Road RV Park Office Assistant is responsible for providing weekend general office and park maintenance duties. Including but not limited to check in's, check out's, taking reservations, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
  • Enforce the park's rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring guests receive the best customer service experience.
  • Performs cleaning duties in restrooms, laundry room, club house, pool/spa areas, grounds, etc.
  • Performs light maintenance.
  • Fill propane tanks for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years lodging & basic office experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must reside within RV Park. (RV not provided)
  • Earn Propane certification within ninety days.
  • Earn basic first aid certification within ninety days.
  • General knowledge of asset maintenance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet, and Microsoft Office 365 Suite, experience in using software campground reservation system (Astra, Campground Manager, Digital Rez, Firefly, etc.) preferred.
  • Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
  • Preference given to those who have the ability to live on-site but not required.
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License.
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Multi-tasking aptitude.
  • Proactive problem solver.
  • The selectee will be required to submit to a urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use before employment.
