We're looking for a dependable and organized Evening Yard Coordinator to help keep our warehouse and yard operations running smoothly. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining an organized work environment, and is committed to safety.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.
  • Receive, organize, stage, and load materials for crews and deliveries.
  • Support daily warehouse and yard operations.
  • Issue and receive company equipment.
  • Fill propane tanks as needed.
  • Track company vehicles and keys, ensuring vehicles are returned clean and keys are properly accounted for.
  • Remove trash and ensure the yard and warehouse are clean before closing.
  • Lock up the facility and arm the security system at the end of each shift.
  • Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to your supervisor.
  • Assist with other warehouse and yard duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, yard, or construction materials experience preferred.
  • Forklift operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently during evening hours.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) driving record check.

Schedule:

  • Monday Friday: 10:30 AM 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
