Job description

Trustpoint has an immediate opening with a growing plaintiff's mass torts legal services provider is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom/File Clerk to support its busy office operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and punctuality. Strong technical skills and ability to pick up new software quickly is key. Successful candidates will have previous experience with filing or a mailroom environment.
Responsibilities

  • Print, prepare, and stuff outgoing letters and envelopes
  • Log and track incoming packages
  • Scan and upload documents into the firm's CRM system (Litify)
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Support the administrative team as needed with document handling tasks
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a mailroom, file room, or administrative support role preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently
  • Strong sense of accountability and dependability-punctuality is a must
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting daily deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Litify experience is a plus)

This is a contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance. Compensation will be 20-22/hr, commensurate with experience and education.
