Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.
  • Maintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.
  • Record all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintain cycle time.
  • Evaluate team performance.
  • Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.
  • Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Order materials when required.
  • File purchase orders and other documentation as necessary.
  • Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least eight years of maintenance experience with two years as supervisor.
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration or management preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel.
  • Flexible Schedule and able to work weekends or overtime when needed.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues.
  • Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.
  • Ability to recognize mechanical malfunctions and equipment failures.
